The pathology known as "Alzheimer's disease" is generally the consequence of poor irrigation of certain parts of the brain where memory is concentrated: the amygdala and the hippocampus.

The pathology known as "Alzheimer's disease" is the consequence of a progressive diminution of blood flow in the brain, producing atrophy and destruction of the brain tissue. Those phenomena provoke secondary lesions as senile plates, amyloid deposits, and immune reactions. "Alzheimer's disease" is a neurodegenerative pathology.

Arteriosclerosis is a disease of aging, producing a progressive narrowing of brain arteries. This phenomenon starts around forty and will reach everybody with time. Thus, the prevention of the pathology known as "Alzheimer's disease" must start around forty. The treatments of secondary lesions as senile plates, amyloid deposits, and immune reactions are hazardous and mostly abandoned.
