POST FINASTERIDE SYNDROME (PFS)
TREATMENT
Aging Diseases provoked by a
lack and disruption of androgens
production
Prevention
Avoid 5-alpha-reductase
inhibitors
If there is no iatrogenic cause,
there will not be an
iatrogenic disease.
Is there a curative treatment for PFS?
Mesterolone is the right
treatment as it is the treatment
for the androgenic disease of
andropause.
5-alpha-reductase inhibitors
provoke a premature androgenic
disease
The androgenic disease of
andropause starts with sexual
aging
Mesterolone doesn't provoke
baldness.
Clinical research is necessary
for each man.
You don't have to look from noon
to 2:00 p.m.
The solution seems to be
evident.
5-alpha-reductase inhibitors
are not the treatment for
baldness
The preventive
treatment
PFS is a problem of production
and disruption of androgens'
synthesis.
Suppressing a vital hormone such
as dihydrotestosterone with
5-alpha-reductase inhibitors
causes changes in the
entire androgen production chain.
The diagnosis for each man is
unique.
The
PFS sufferer will need a
complete checkup
of his
androgens' biology.
Treatment is likely to be the
opposite
of what has been produced by 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. That is the
administration of
dihydrotestosterone via the
mesterolone,
a safe
hormone. Mesterolone has the
particularities of both
dihydrotestosterone and
testosterone.
But this must be teached. Furthermore, mesterolone is
not available in the US.
Side effects of PFS
can be irreversible.
Prostate atrophy
The
muscular fibers of the prostate
become fibrous under the influence of 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. In those cases an
endoscopic resection of the
fibrous tissue can be necessary. Endoscopic
surgery will be followed by
correct hormonotherapy.
Nervous breakdown
Each man with a nervous
breakdown needs a
complete checkup of his
androgens.
Between 1993 and 2020,
the
iatrogeny
has reproduced and aggravated
two pathologies :
The syndrome of prostate atrophy
(1979)
and
The androgenic disease of
andropause
(1988)
through the use of
5-alpha-reductase for illusory
and dangerous prescriptions
